Anger, rage, fury, sometimes even passion – this is what we call this huge overwhelming feeling that sometimes makes us stop being ourselves, and which we sometimes hide somewhere deep under biting our lips or grinding our teeth. Is anger always bad? Can anger help? Can you get mad without hurting anyone? How to recognize it and how to embrace it? We will look for and find answers to these and many other questions about anger during the Colors of Emotions of Anger workshop.
